STATEMENT OF GUARANTEE
In accordance with the requirements of the CISV program of the State of Texas Procurement Agency, Econet.com, Inc. guarantees to provide replacement parts or their equivalent for any product or service sold by Econet.com Inc. to the state for the period of 3 years after such product is discontinued.
